Yes. Review Web requires a Google Business Profile to sign up. This ensures your reviews go to a legitimate, verified business listing. If you don't have one yet, you can create one free at business.google.com.
Google API Limitation: Google only returns their "5 most relevant" reviews. A brand new rating-only review often doesn't make the cut because Google prioritizes reviews with text. You can click "Refresh from Google" but it may not appear.
If someone registers your business before you do, don't worry - your reviews are still safe. On our free plan, all review requests direct customers to your official Google Business listing, so any reviews collected still benefit your actual business.
If you need to claim your business from an existing account, contact our support team. We'll verify your ownership and transfer the account to you or remove the duplicate registration.

Yes! You can add multiple businesses to your account. Each business has its own subscription plan and dashboard but they can share a login.
You can manage your subscription from your business dashboard under Settings → Billing. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. You'll retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. There are no refunds on any memberships purchased.
When you add a customer, we send an initial invitation 1 hour later. If they don't leave a review, we automatically follow up on days 3, 7, 14, 21, and 30. The initial invite uses both email and SMS (if enabled), while follow-ups are email-only to avoid overwhelming customers.

They provide a few bullet points about their experience, and our AI expands it into a well-written review while keeping their authentic voice. No. We help you ask for reviews at the right time with the right message, but we can't guarantee customers will leave reviews. Our automated follow-up sequence significantly increases response rates compared to asking once.
Absolutely not. Review Web helps you request authentic reviews from real customers. We never create fake reviews, and incentivizing reviews violates Google's terms of service.
You can add customers manually in your dashboard. Each customer needs at least a name and either an email address or phone number and a brief summary of the service or product provided.
